15 Min. Goat Work
Goat work is something you suck at. We all have at least one.
Suggestions: OHS, Butterfly or Kipping Pull-ups, Dubs, Bar Muscle-up, Muscle-ups, Snatch Technique, Handstand Walk, Rope Climb

    In regards to coming to the gym sick SORRY I was guilty of this about 2 weeks ago- and sad thing was I didn’t realize how serious it is to try and keep the gym clean and free from virus until Brax walked in front of my rower. I felt like a big loser- I am not going to go into detail because most people know this is a common courtesy anyway-but me of all people should have really known better. I know its tough to resist working out- we are CRAZY and want to work out anyway. For the sake of everyone but ESPECIALLY for Brax-stay home when you are sick- if you HAVE to wod- do a travel WOD look-there are a bunch

    I was pretty tired when it was over, but mostly just kept trying to stop myself from vomiting the entire WOD!
