Thank you to everyone who came to Friday Night Lights. This week due to spring break we will not be hosting a Friday Night Lights. However for anyone who is interested we will be doing a Thursday Night Throw down. Some of us will be doing the workout right after it is released.

WARM UP

3 Rounds:
50 Dubs
10 Push-ups
10 Jumping Pull-up
10 Back Extension
10 Sit-ups

STRENGTH

In as few sets as possible:
30 Weighted or Strict Ring Dips

WOD

3 Minute AMRAP for 5 Cycles:
3 Power Snatch
6 Burpees
9 Lateral Bar Hops

Rest 1 Minunte

L3-110/75
