15 Walking Lunges

STRENGTH

4 Rounds NOT FOR TIME:
10 Strict or Weighted Dips
10 Strict or Weighted Pull-ups
10 Strict or Weighted Push-ups
*If weighted go as heavy as possible*

WOD

7 Minute AMRAP
7 Russian KB Swings
7 KB Goblet Squats
7 SDHP

L1-35/25, L2-50/35, L3-70/50

**WOD and strength work are interchangeable. For bigger classes half will start with strength and half will start with WOD.**
