At the 15:00
“AIR FORCE”
For time:
20 Thrusters 95/65, 65/45, 45/30
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
Start w/ 4 burpees every minute on the minute until completion.

 At the 30:00
For time:
21 Pistols with a kettlebell 50/35, 35/25, 25/20
15 Clean and Jerks 135/95, 95/65, 65/45
9 Muscle-ups, Bar MU, C2B+Dips
(21 pistols total, not each leg. Alternate legs each rep)

*There is a 12 Min cut-off for ea WOD

    We may be old but we brought it for sure we may have shocked those young gals fo sho!!! Mad thanks to you guys for the insanely hard programming that prepares us for events like this. For me- thanks to Kris- we had a plan and we executed she is an amazing partner. But also SO MUCH THANKS to my baby bro Matty who was in my ear while I was doing that airdyne that was so awful- and of course thanks to Coach T and Liz getting me through the EFFING rope climbs. I love this box and I love our 22 family. I couldn’t imagine my life any differently. Thanks to you who came out and supported us. It NEVER goes unnoticed. I am a better person because of this!
