Join us today, Memorial Day, from 8-9:30am. We will be doing Murph but you are more than welcome to use this time as open gym and do your own thing. We just ask that you are mindful that we will be closing up at 9:30am.



Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.

Start and finish with a mile run.

If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
