1 baked yam (orange), skin removed. I bake mine for 60-75 minutes @500. I set them on top of tin foil to catch the ooz
1 really ripe banana
6 eggs(I use to only use egg whites but now I use the whole egg)
1-2TBS almond butter, really I just put in 1 heaping spoonful
dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Preheat an oven to 350 and grease (coconut oil)a 13X9 or smaller pan (I like mine thicker so I use a pan slightly smaller than a 13X9)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend them.
Dump blender contents into your greased pan.
Bake for 15-25 minutes (using the slightly smaller pan I bake mine for 25, using the 13X9 it’s closer to 15)
Remove from oven and let cool. It should have the consistency of sweet potato pie.
Cut into bars and eat them or store them in the fridge.
1 batch will last me 5 days of pre-workout eating.
